CLEAR Dog Treat Shop Dispatch and Shipping Times

Important: Most shipping is via fastway couriers and requires a signature on delivery. Let us know if you would like us to authorise the order to be left by emailing us immediately after you place your order. Note you then take full responsibility of the order. Otherwise, if you are out, a calling card is left which you can call to arrange another time. The back of the calling card allows you to sign an authority to leave for the next delivery time. If your address is outside of their area we will use AP.

Raw4Paws customers: Raw4Paws is a frozen product and we only deliver within our CLEAR Dog Grooming service area. Please select your suburb on the product page or select ‘Any – Pickup’ if you want to collect it.

500g and over = $9.95 capped!

Under 1.75kg = $10.95

Under 3kg = $14.95

Over 3.1kg = $19.95 capped!

Delivery Times

We dispatch 95% of orders within 0 – 2 days, mostly within 24hrs. On top of this, you have your shipping times (working days):

Brisbane 50k Radius: Same or next day

Gold and Sunshine Coasts: Next day

NSW, QLD up to Mackay: 1 -2 days

VIC, SA, QLD past Mackay, TAS (Hobart/Launceston): 1 – 3 days

W.A, N.T, rest of TAS and other outlying areas : 5 – 10 days

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

Ultimately, if fastway deem you to be within one of it delivery zones, then you can qualify for free shipping. The diagrams are a guide and many areas may also be covered if its metro/urban so if you are still unsure, please contact us with your postcode and suburb for confirmation of your zone and if you qualify.

Brown Zone = Free Shipping over $95

Lime Zone = Free Shipping over $170

Local Brisbane customers also benefit from Free Shipping if:

  • You live one of these postcodes: 4151 – 4152 and 4169 to 4172 and order over $45
  • It’s to be delivered with your next CLEAR Dog Grooming service.
  • Pick Up in Seven Hills (Morningside area). Please call to arrange time.

If you are in a grey or white zone outside of these areas then we cannot use fastway couriers and unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping options. That said, the diagram is an estimation and if you are in a metro or urban area you are likely in one of these zones. Feel free to contact us to confirm if this is the case.
