Beef Pizzle make fantastic dental aids and entertaining chews. These are as big as they get! Sizes do vary but as you can see from the picture they average about 50cm give or take 5 or 10.
These make great entertaining chews for larger dogs or with strong jaws and are much more nutritional and digestible than rawhide. Also available as a thinner version for smaller jaws.
