Shopping FAQ
How long do the treats last? – Generally if kept out of sunlight in a cool place and sealed, you can expect the treats to last at least 12 months. So go ahead and order larger quantities to save!
How does shipping work? – shipping is a flat rate and exept for our under 1kg rate it is regardless of size, so the more you order the more you save as the shipping will be the same rate! There are a few options available as we try to give the best rates available to everyone for their location, so make sure you carefully select the one appropriate to you.
What if I am not home when my order arrives? - Most shipping is via fastway couriers and requires a signature on delivery. If you want us to authorise them to leave the package then please email (see contact us) and state your order ID straight after you make the purchase. Note you then take full responsibility of the order. Otherwise, if you are out, a calling card is left with the delivery persons mobile which you can call to arrange another time. The back of the calling card allows you to sign an authority to leave for the next delivery time.
How long does it take for you to ship an order? – We carry stock of almost eveything in our shop and so most orders are shipped within 24hrs, though please allow 3 days. If we happen to have run out of stock and expect it to take longer than 3 days then we will let you know. 95% of our orders are instock. We aim to email eveyone when an order has shipped.
How do you ship? We have just moved to a courier service for the majority of our customers which requires a signature. If you are out they will leave a form for you to call to arrange shipping or to fill out to consent to leave without a signature. Shipping this way is tracked, so please ask for a tracking number if its not already sent to you with your ‘shippid’ email. We some times will use Australia post for areas not covered by the courier or if its cheaper to do so.
How do I know if my order is less than 1kg? Many treats are obviously in weight, some products our fluid so please use 1ml = 1gram. Other items we will try to state an approx weight on its description, if not please estimate or email us and we will confirm. If you order and go over and we cant fit in a 1kg satchel at the cheaper rate, we will let you know with little drama and always give you the option to cancel your order.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase? We have never recieved a complaint yet! but of course, if we do, we want to understand the problem and fix it for you in a timely manner. Our goal is to differentiate ourselves by providing great customer service and high quality products and give you the confidence to give us repeat business.
