Fish Bite Dog Treats are small bite sized skin free meaty pieces of fish which are perfect for a quick snack or high value training reward. They come in small chunks of various sizes around 2-4cm. Please note this product can vary sightly depending on the reef fish used

100% dehydrated reef fish meat (generally Queen Fish)
Product of Australia: Manufactured in Australia using 100% Australian caught fish.
Single ingredient product with no preservatives, additives, colours, added sugar, or anything else!
This is a natural product so sizes and weights vary. The following is an indication on average only.
Generally around 2-4cm chunks which are not easy to break up further.

Great treat for my two dogs. A little fishy smelling but they love it and will do anything for them. I chop them up into smaller pieces for training purposes.

quality is excellent BUT sadly many of the bites are small and squarish with hard edges. This is a problem for a small dog that tries to swallow them whole and ends up in terrible pain as the piece gets stuck and the corners dig in to the dogs throat. If they were long pieces like in the picture this would not happen. I have to get secateurs and cut the squares into strips to stop this injury.

Hi Cee Jay. Thanks for the feedback. Depending on the breed of reef fish the size/shape can change slightly although I have never heard of a dog having issues eating them. They are a similar size to the tuna and the ocean bites, all very popular. Do try the mackerel jerky as its very easy to break up to desired size without using secateurs.

I would say that most dogs will love these smelly little bites! The good thing is that you can put a few in with some boring dog kibble in a treat bag and the whole bunch of treats will smell fishy and yummy to them, reducing the amount of special treats you need (if you train a lot like I do). So good to have healthier options for our fur babies.

These are amazing, they smell so good to the dogs. However because the pieces are quite large and they are nice & chewy they are not ideal for intensive training. But they are still a high powered reward.

I would say these are quite addictive training treats, in a good way. My two small dogs have had a professional trainer to try and stop them going crazy everytime someone comes to the front door and nothing has worked – until we recently bought these treats. For the first time in two years they now stop barking on cue – because they will do anything for these treats.
