Kangaroo Kidney Dog Treats

Kangaroo Kidney dog treats have a number of health benefits for your dog and cat. Zinc is an essential trace minerals required in a dog’s diet to maintain good health. Kidney meat is a major source of readily available zinc and a richer source than muscle meat. Zinc from animal sources are also better absorbed than zinc from plant foods.

Also, vitamin B3 (niacin) is found in foods such as liver, kidney, poultry and fish. Vitamin B3 helps to remove toxic and harmful chemicals from your dogs body. It also helps improve circulation.

Interestingly Cats are unable to produce enough B3 so need to obtain more from their diet so Liver, Kidney, poultry and fish treats are a great treat to choose for cats as well as dogs. Deficiencies may cause skin issues, diarrhoea and dementia; some people use it as a training treat as its though to improve memory!

My border collies love these treats. Great for obedience training because they can be broken up into small pieces. I gave some to other dogs at obedience & all the other dogs loved them too

A great healthy treat, like all of the kangaroo products. This one is quite similar to a liver treat or the thin jerky, just with different health benefits I suppose. Nice and easy to break into smaller pieces to use for training or treat toys.

This is the number one treat in this house, my Bloodhounds go crazy for it. A definite constant on our list 😉

These treats stick!!!! Poo!!!!! What a pong! But, look, that passes and my Cavoodle loves them. She isn’t a fussy eater but I’d prefer to give her good quality sustenance that fill her up with cheap stuff!

My dog likes it, but is unable to tolerate even a small bit. I gave it a break for a couple of weeks, then tried a small amount as a training treat, and the same loose stools resulted. It’s a shame as he likes it, but I’ll have to err on the side of caution and throw the rest out.

I opened this packet yesterday. Scruff was sniffing the air straight away and nudging my leg telling me to hurry up!

My little westie loves kangaroo. Of the treats available the Clear dog treats are the best according to my pup.

My border collie and my neighbours retriever both love kangaroo liver as treats. Leo, next door, howls when left alone, so with their permission, he is given a treat, and consequently settles down.

Our Goldie won’t eat these at all! He loves the kangaroo jerky but not the kangaroo liver. Such a shame as they are much cheaper than the jerky. The only way I found he will eat the liver is if I crush them up very small and add very small quantities in his mince and vegies. So, unfortunately, I won’t be buying these again.
